Caffeine micro-dosing is the practice of enjoying high quality coffee while having much greater control over the amount of caffeine you want to consume, half as much, twice as much, one fourth, none, you get the idea — you explore what caffeine amount delivers enough to sharpen focus and lift mood without the jolt, jitter, or crash or maybe peak your energy for pilates or free weights, or perhaps enjoy late night coffee with friends. Specialty coffee is the ideal vehicle: always from great farms, roasted to amplify the specific origin characteristics, and far more satisfying than a supplement or energy drink.

The no-caffeine options (Decaf) are excellent options for late night coffee or mornings you don't want your usual energy boost (Somnum decaf for example).
