This is a dark roast re-interpretation of the popular single origins pairing: Somnoum Decaf, specifically with traditional espresso flavor notes in mind. Decaf used to be almost impossible to find but we make it easy to get decaf so good that you cannot tell it is decaf when blind taste testing! With the Somnum DECAF, we have taken two single-origin decaf coffees to make a unique coffee for those evenings when you want coffee but dare not have any more caffeine!
