Yunnan Xishuangbanna Guiben - Honey

This is one of the rare coffees coming from the emerging specialty coffee region of Yunnan China. Grown in the same ancient tea-growing rolling hills of Yunnan this is a rich and fruity coffee. The local Catimor variety is grown at a relatively high elevation of 1620 MASL and is honey-processed on raised drying beds to add body, sweetness, and mild fruit notes.
