Yunnan Menglian Dongka Dark

This is a dark roast re-interpretation of the Dongka washed, one of the rare coffees coming from the emerging specialty coffee region of Yunnan China. Grown in the ancient tea growing rolling hills of Yunnan this is a full bodied, chocolatey and nutty cup when developed to a darker roast. This local catimor variety is grown at relatively high elevation of 1470 MASL in the Menglian region and is wet processed for a straight forward clean cup.
