This coffee is a rare specialty robusta! Vietnam produces lots of commodity grade coffee but very little specialty coffee (but this is changing fast). And still more uncommon are farms producing specialty grade Canephora Robusta. To add to the uniqueness of this coffee it has been processed as a honey carbonic maceration. Coming to us from Mr Toi's Future Coffee Farm in the Lam Dong region of southern Vietnam this is a TR Varieties Robusta that has unique flavors compared to most arabicas.
