This is the "2x" version of the Guiben honey. We take two unique roast profiles and then post roast pair them together so you can enjoy aspects of the both the light and dark roast Guiben honey flavor notes. Guiben is one of the rare coffees coming from the emerging specialty coffee region of Yunnan China. Grown in the same ancient tea-growing rolling hills of Yunnan this is a rich and fruity coffee. The local Catimor variety is grown at a relatively high elevation of 1620 MASL and is honey-processed on raised drying beds to add body, sweetness, and mild fruit notes. Flavor profile is dark plum, caramel, and cinnamon, mild acidity with a medium body.
