Peru is a solid growing region for specialty coffee and the Satipo team does a great job to produce a consistent and high quality crop each year. Roasted extremely light to highlight the molasses sweetness and grapefruit citrus notes. The cherries are shade grown in the rich volcanic soil. Excellent pour over, but all around great for light roast preparations.
