Yunnan Menglian Dongka 2x

This is the "2x" version of the Dongka washed. We take two unique roast profiles and then post roast pair them together so you can enjoy aspects of the both the light and dark roast Dongka washed flavor notes. This is one of the rare producers located in the emerging specialty coffee region of Yunnan China. Grown in the same ancient tea growing rolling hills of Yunnan this is a mildly sweet and nutty cup when roasted light, and full bodied, chocolatey delight when roasted dark. This local catimor variety is grown at relatively high elevation of 1470 MASL in the Menglian region and is wet processed for a straight forward clean cup.
