This is the "2x" version of the Grupo Terruño. We take the washed and the natural and two unique roast profiles and then post roast pair them together so you can enjoy aspects of the light and dark roast flavor notes. The Grupo Terruño coop is in the Nayarit region of Mexico on the north Pacific Coast. This is a great coffee producer of specialty coffee. Because they have ongoing yearly crop purchasing agreements between the small growers and processing station that are direct Grupo Terruño is able to avoid the problems of the "coyote" brokers that are common in other parts of Mexico's coffee culture.
