Espresso Explosio
This is a pairing of three single origin coffees and three species of coffee: Arabica, Robusta and Liberica. We'd never had all three species in one cup before and we wanted to oriented the roast towards traditional flavor notes that espresso drinkers would simultaneously love and be blown away by. The end result blew us away, hence the name! It's very rich, the right amount of smokey, chocolatey, and has a sweet velvety mouth feel. From the excellent producers: Dongka, Future Farm and 96B.
