Our Colombian coffee comes from the Nariño region of Colombia and is locally decaffeinated using the modern improved method called the Sugar Cane EA Process (Ethyl Acetate). This process preserves the bright, complex flavor profile that makes Nariño one of Colombia's most prized growing regions. Excellent as a standalone decaf or as a blending component.
